Simple Outfit in International Girls Day
International Girls Day always happen in every 11th October, it was like a commemoration for women as a great creature that makes good momentum and great circumstance for every people in this world. The appreciation is not merely focusing on certain age of women but it will be diverse for every stage of ages. I really be thankful for being born as a girl, even some people have prejudice that women are weak rather men, instead there were a lot of quotation that successful men cannot stand out without girl. In this essay, I would like to discuss about three things that we have to give attention for commemorating this day, such as the outfit, paradigm, and behave.
In this special day, I just used "monochrome" theme as I though that it was quite simple to use in my age which categorized a sophomore in Indonesia. I wore a simple brukat which it fits like a t-shirt but I used a long black shirt inside. Its motif also was not really heavy and overcrowded, it is just a simple soft-touch for what I wore. Besides, I match the way I used my veil which simple but it was look like comfy with the outfit. However, there was no significant outfit that women have to use whenever we have a day for commemorating International Girl Days. Every outfit as long as it is comfortable for user, and the user feel good to use, and the appearance perspective will go along with it.
I give you a special tips for using the motif outfit well. I suggest when we use the outfit that have motif even heavy motif, it is better if we combine it with something that is plain to counterbalance the appearance. Indeed, for certain event we might use full-heavy motif such as when there is a party of wedding or engagement.
Another important thing that we need to give attention in is about the paradigm. Women merely have paradigm to lean on men whenever the case is it. For instance in the economic field, women tend to delay or ignore about the importance of education to pursue career. Particularly this case happened in Indonesia which the women still thought that what for and what the significant function of women having high educational level while the future will be back in home, which mean whatever the women have struggle in, the result would be that women always be back in the kitchen and serve the family as well. this paradigm brings them along to not give the priority for educational field in terms of pursuing good career and have good level of economy.
By this day, I hope that women can realize that nowadays we are no longer need to lean on men for determining our life. We can make our decision even step and move forward to pursue our dream and reach gender equality. We are no longer should give a yes for gender discrimination in work field. We also have rights to get what we want in our life. It is simply the reason is to make us happier. Hence, after this day, I hope we can change our mindset about the in-dependency towards men.
The last essential thing is also about the behavior, as to commemorate the International Girls Day, let us to have a good version of us by having a good characteristic to be shown up at least during this we are being kind to every one. Not only a mother, father, teacher or who is it that we can appreciate for in this world and we can commemorate with but also the girls as general should be appreciated for every thing that we have done as girls are amazing creature in this world.
